During Your Session
Your trainer continuously monitors your response to EMS impulses and adjusts intensity in real time.
You can stop the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
Hydration is essential — we provide water and recommend drinking at least 500ml before your session.
You should eat a light meal 1-2 hours before training and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before.
Mild muscle soreness for 1-2 days after your session is normal, similar to an intensive workout.
