What to Expect
Arrive
Walk into your private studio. Your trainer greets you, helps you into the EMS suit, and discusses your goals.
Train
20 minutes of guided exercises — squats, lunges, planks — while the EMS suit activates up to 98% of your muscles.
Recover
Cool down, change, and you are done. Your trainer provides feedback and adjustments for your next session.
