Information About Us and How to Contact Us
E-Pulsive Ltd. operates as E-Pulsive, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 9149627. The registered address is Lower Ground Floor West, 17 Nottingham Street, London, United Kingdom, W1U 5EW. Our studio is located at 9 Kinnerton Street, London SW1X 8EA.
E-Pulsive opening hours are determined by E-Pulsive and may change without prior notice.
Contact methods include: telephone at +44 7852 217712 or email at contact@e-pulsive.co.uk. Communication from E-Pulsive occurs via telephone or written correspondence to contact details provided at purchase or newsletter subscription.
Clients bear responsibility for providing accurate, current contact information and notifying E-Pulsive of any changes.
Definitions: “Services” means group classes, individual sessions, semi-individual sessions, memberships. “We, us, our” means E-Pulsive. “You, your, yours” means clients and customers of E-Pulsive.
Our Contract With You
E-Pulsive’s acceptance to provide services creates a contract upon confirmation of service availability. Clients must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract.
Memberships
Monthly memberships and bundles require card payment. Payment dates align with sign-up dates. Monthly membership pricing undergoes review every six months, with email notification providing one month’s notice of changes.
Memberships and bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation is permitted only within 30 days of commencement by contacting contact@e-pulsive.co.uk.
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions and complete an accurate health questionnaire. Full responsibility for non-disclosure of medical conditions and allergies rests with the client.
Membership Freeze
One membership freeze of up to 30 days per 12-month period is allowed with 10 days’ written notice to contact@e-pulsive.co.uk.
Cancellations
Sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or adjustment. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours incur full charges or credits against membership or pack.
No Shows
Non-attendance results in full session charges or pack/membership credits.
Health and Safety
Clients must complete a Health Commitment Statement prior to using services.
Medical conditions require signed waivers acknowledging use at personal risk with full responsibility acceptance for adverse health effects.
Clients accept full responsibility for injuries or health conditions sustained while using facilities.
Your Rights to Make Changes
Change requests require E-Pulsive contact. E-Pulsive will advise on feasibility and notify of price, timing, or other necessary adjustments, requesting confirmation to proceed.
Our Rights to Make Changes
E-Pulsive may modify services to reflect law changes, regulatory requirements, or minor improvements without affecting service use.
Providing the Services
Services commence from E-Pulsive’s acceptance through the contracted service duration. Events beyond E-Pulsive’s control may cause delays; prompt notification occurs with mitigation efforts. Substantial delay risks permit contract termination with refunds for unprovided services.
Non-payment after 2 days of reminder results in service suspension. Contact notification precedes suspension.
Your Rights to End the Contract and Refunds
Contract termination is available at any time with possible charges.
Full refunds for unprovided or improperly provided services occur if terminating due to:
- Upcoming service or terms changes the client opposes
- Price errors or description inaccuracies the client declines
- Legal rights breaches by E-Pulsive
Outside specified cancellation periods, memberships and packs remain non-refundable.
Our Rights to End the Contract
E-Pulsive may terminate via written notice if:
- Payment isn’t made within 2 days of reminder
- Necessary information isn’t provided within reasonable timeframes
Refunds for advance-paid, undelivered services apply, minus possible cancellation charges.
If There Is a Problem With the Services
Contact E-Pulsive by telephone, written communication, or in-person studio conversations for questions or complaints.
Price and Payment
Services pricing reflects the current price list unless otherwise agreed in writing. E-Pulsive takes reasonable care ensuring price accuracy. Advance payment is required for all services.
Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You
Lockers are available subject to availability. Clients must remove belongings at visit end. E-Pulsive reserves rights to open lockers without permission or presence. Bags require locker storage; fitness areas exclude bags.
E-Pulsive accepts no liability for personal property damage or loss. Lost property is retained for 2 weeks; E-Pulsive reserves disposal rights thereafter.
E-Pulsive is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage from contract breach or negligence. Foreseeable loss includes obvious consequences or those discussed during sales processes.
E-Pulsive does not exclude liability for death, personal injury from negligence, fraud, or legal rights breaches.
How We May Use Your Personal Information

CCTV
CCTV operates throughout premises for safety. No CCTV exists in changing areas or fitness studios. Activity deemed relevant for viewing may be reviewed anytime for legal purposes.
Other Important Terms
E-Pulsive may transfer rights and obligations; written notification and rights preservation are guaranteed. This contract binds only E-Pulsive and the client; no third parties gain enforcement rights. Paragraph severability is preserved if any term is deemed unlawful. Non-enforcement or delay doesn’t waive obligations or prevent later enforcement.
English law governs these terms; legal proceedings occur in English courts.
Terms of Use of Our Website
Site use confirms acceptance of and compliance with these terms. Non-agreement prohibits site use. These terms are amended periodically; clients should review current terms at each visit. The site is provided free of charge.
Site availability and content continuity aren’t guaranteed. E-Pulsive may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability for business and operational reasons with reasonable notice attempts. Security or bug-free operation isn’t guaranteed. Clients are responsible for configuring information technology, computer programs, and platforms for site access and virus protection.
Prohibited Uses
Site use is restricted to lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include:
- Breaching applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Unlawful or fraudulent purposes or effects
- Transmitting unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or solicitation (spam)
- Knowingly transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or similar harmful computer code
- No reproduction, duplication, copying, or resale of site content
- No unauthorised access, interference, damage, or disruption to site components, equipment, networks, software, or third-party-owned resources
Intellectual Property Rights
Personal site use complies with these terms; commercial copying or use is prohibited. E-Pulsive owns or licenses all site intellectual property rights. Worldwide copyright protections apply; all rights are reserved.
Materials — including contents, products, services, E-Pulsive and E-Pulsive Space brands, logos, and trademarks — are E-Pulsive-owned. Written licences are required for E-Pulsive brand, logo, or mark use. Copying, removal, alteration, linking, or copyright/trademark notice removal from materials is prohibited without written authority.
